Weber Neutral Silicone is a neutral-curing, mold-resistant silicone sealant developed for use in wet areas on board ships and offshore installations. It delivers exceptional adhesion to a wide range of surfaces without the need for primer, making it ideal for sealing joints in marine bathrooms, galleys, and technical wet spaces.
Its durable, flexible formulation ensures long-lasting performance in the challenging conditions of marine environments, where resistance to moisture, movement, and temperature fluctuations is essential.
Tested and certified according to the IMO 2010 FTP Code Part 5 as part of System weber WX - MEDB0000790 / MERB0000790, System weber fix MEDB000078Z / MERB000078Z & System weberepox easy MEDB000078Y / MERB000078Y.

Weber Neutral Silicone is a neutral-curing, mold-resistant silicone sealant designed for use in wet areas on board ships and offshore installations. It provides excellent adhesion to most common substrates under normal conditions without the need for primer.
Suitable substrates include:
- Glass
- Glazed tiles
- Ceramics and clinker
- Enamel
- Concrete
- Metallic surfaces such as aluminum, galvanized steel, and stainless steel (excluding copper)
- Coated wood
Due to the wide variety of materials used in marine construction, pre-testing adhesion is recommended. For shaped plastic components (e.g., corrugated PVC or acrylic glass), stress corrosion may occur. On substrates containing plasticizers, such as bitumen, discoloration of the sealant may occur. For porous stone surfaces, a small test area is recommended, as some stones may discolor.
Weber Neutral Silicone is suitable for both interior and exterior use in marine environments.
Not recommended for: aquariums, marble, natural stone, brick, or joints that are permanently submerged in water.
